What was to be a short transition, turned into a much longer venture. I was informed late last night, that the new office is finally ready to move into. We plan to move in Monday, after the electrician is done with the final few modifications. It will be nice to have a place for everything, and everything in its place.
Longly
July 17, 2010Moving…
May 26, 2010Over the past few months I have been to Burley, Aberdeen, Malad, and Salt Lake City, as well as seeing patients in Pocatello. This has been a wonderful experience both for myself and the patients I have had the pleasure to interact with. This experience has also been a time of great reflection. After much careful consideration, I have opted not to renew the lease for the building on Center street. The new office will be available shortly.
Year of me – Goal 1
January 4, 2010People make resolutions each year to improve themselves in one way or another. I have made the resolution to improve myself in several ways in all areas of my life. The list is growing longer each day, and I have to remind myself to take baby steps as opposed to going full steam ahead with the dozen or so good habits I would like to build into my routine.
Today I am working on cleaning out my inbox, which contains somewhere on the order of 1500 messages unread.
Goal #1 – Keep inbox read and emptied.
In print
December 22, 2009My letter to the editor was published in the Idaho State Journal today. Section A4. A very well written article if I do say so myself.
Parenting 201
December 22, 2009Just finished a great parenting class, here at the office. It was the final class of the series and we were able to review a lot of really good information. I think I will probably end up taking it again in the spring so that I can fine tune my skills.
More cold weather
December 10, 2009With the weather getting colder, and the holidays getting closer it is sometimes hard to remember to be safe, be healthy, and be practical in all matters. It is easy to understand not going to the gym with all of the holiday events, and the cold. It is understandable that people will be indulging in the rich foods that suddenly appear everywhere you go; and that there isn’t really any fresh produce available. I am there with you.
It is still important to watch out for lifestyle induced diseases such as colds and flu brought on by a weakened immune system (too much sugar). Gallbladder disease is another one that has been popular, it is often due to a lack of proper digestive juices. We have helped many in the community avoid unnecessary surgery by healing the liver and gallbladder.
Hello world!
December 7, 2009The frist real snow in town hit today, and I headed off to see my chiropractor and get adjusted, because as we all know, you can’t adjust yourself. I feel much better now.
